| 1. I am a citizen of the United States of America. 2. I am at least 13 but no more than 19 years old. 3. I am not an employee of Studio 324 Productions, LLC or The Write Idea Project. Nor am I a family member of any officer or employee of Studio 324 Productions, LLC or The Write Idea Project. 4. I am the original author of any and all writing I submit to Studio 324 Productions, LLC and The Write Idea Project. 5. I understand and accept that I am eligible for, but not gauranteed award of, cash, scholarship or merchandise prizes. 6. I understand and acccept that, upon receipt, any and all writing I submit to Studio 324 Productions, LLC and The Write Idea Project becomes the property of Studio 324 Productions, LLC and The Write Idea Project. 7. I understand and accept that Studio 324 Productions, LLC and The Write Idea Project maintain indefinitely the right to reproduce any and all writing I submit in any visual, audio or print format available now or at any time in the future. 8. Studio 324 Productions, LLC and The Write Idea Project will grant me "writer's credit" each time writing I submit is reproduced in any visual, audio or print format. 9. I understand and accept that any and all writing I submit to Studio 324 Productions, LLC and The Write Idea Project, I submit with no expectation of or demand for compensation, monetary or otherwise, now or at any time in the future. 10. I understand and accept that Studio 324 Productions, LLC and The Write Idea Project maintain indefinitely the right to transfer all or part of production rights to any individual, company or organization. |
